December 27, 2002 SAN JUAN (AP) — With a free concert of Lucecita Benitez on Jan. 5, the San Juan municipality will initiate a series of cultural and artistic events planned for 2003. Accompanied by Benitez at a press conference, San Juan Mayor Jorge Santini announced that those interested in attending the concert should call and reserve their tickets at a maximum of two tickets per person. The Roberto Clemente Coliseum–with capacity of approximately 9,000 people–will be the venue for the concert, the mayor said. The concert dubbed as "A gift of happiness" is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. on the eve of Three Kings Day. Camerata Coral will accompany Benitez. The phone number to acquire the free tickets is 782-1087. "It is certainly a gift of happiness, and I’m confident it will be the best gift of 2003," Santini said.
