NEW YORK, Oct. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- The Puerto Rico Tourism Company and Food & Wine magazine have teamed up to create the Flavors of Enchantment Culinary Weekend in Puerto Rico, November 4-7, 2004. For $1,125 per person(*), patrons will enjoy four days of fascinating culinary fusion reflecting the Spanish, African and Taino influences of Puerto Rico. Package includes luxury accommodations for 4 days/3 nights at the Caribe Hilton in San Juan, just minutes from tourist attractions, shopping, live entertainment and more.

The legendary Jacques Pepin and Chef Marcus Samuelsson will be joined by Puerto Rico's most heralded chefs, including Wilo Benet, Alfredo Ayala and Roberto Trevino, and will host culinary seminars, tours and collaborative dinners. The chefs will be joined by Puerto Rico's Rum Ambassador, Emilio Figueroa for rum tastings and a mojito-themed opening reception, plus wine expert Steve Olson will masterfully pair wines with the chef's selections and host Spanish wine tastings.
